中国馆主题“构建人类命运共同体——创新和机遇”，英文翻译为Build a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind ——Innovation & Opportunity。

　　这一主题紧扣2020年迪拜世博会副主题“机遇”，同时兼顾“流动”“可持续”两个副主题，深刻阐述了迪拜世博会倡导的“机遇是发展的生命线，流动是产生机遇的桥梁，可持续性是实现人与地球和谐发展的共同目标”，蕴含推动全球共同发展，构建人类命运共同体的大国主张，融合了创新与机遇、沟通与合作、发展与可持续性等全球关注焦点，涵盖了科技、文化、社会、经济等不同领域，凸显了“一带一路”倡议为沿线国家带来的发展机遇和合作潜能，呼应了本届世博会主题“沟通思想、创造未来”，以及发展伙伴关系、凝聚国际社会力量、促进全球合作创造更美好未来的核心思想

　　围绕这一主题，中国馆以“一带一路”倡议为统领，分为“探索与发现”“创新与合作”“机遇与未来”等三部分，以创新创造机遇、机遇打造未来、未来共同发展为展示主线，充分展示中国在信息、科技、教育、交通等领域的发展成就。“探索与发现”部分主要展示中国人民自古以来探索宇宙的历程和智慧，从嫦娥奔月到“悟空号”探测卫星、“天眼”、从浩渺的宏观世界到精彩的微观世界，中国人民勇于探索，不断追求，创新精神永无止境;“创新与合作”部分主要展现中国在推动科技创新、发现机遇、携手合作中的努力和成就，重点突出“量子通信”、“高铁”、人工智能等科技展项;“机遇与未来”部分主要通过影院等大型多媒体技术手段，展示中国人民对未来发展的畅想，表达中国人民愿与世界各国人民加强交流与合作，共建美好地球村，共同实现人与自然的可持续发展。

　　构建人类命运共同体为实现世界共同繁荣指明方向。和而不同，兼收并蓄，崇尚自然，绿色发展，开放创新、包容互惠，是中华民族几千年的文化历史积淀。构建人类命运共同体，就是抓住“和”这个核心思想，将每个民族、每个国家的前途命运紧紧联系在一起，风雨同舟，荣辱与共，共建和睦的人类家园。

　　创新和机遇是实现构建人类命运共同体目标的重要手段和渠道。创新是引领发展的第一动力，是中国馆展示的灵魂。中国的体制机制创新和科技创新为世界发展带来新机遇。“一带一路”倡议通过政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通、民心相通，推动形成开放新格局，为世界各国提供更广阔市场、更充足资本、更丰富产品、更宝贵合作契机，展现了巨大的包容性和共同发展的新动力。中国的科学技术创新成果不断涌现，愿与世界各国分享经验，共同发展。

　　机遇是创新的产物，又是创新的推动力。作为经济全球化的受益者和贡献者，作为人口最多的发展中国家，中国的发展得益于国际社会，中国的发展又为推动全世界共同繁荣创造了新的历史机遇。机遇共享，未来共创，尽管文化、民族、信仰、制度各不相同，中国人民探寻发展机遇、追求幸福生活的梦想，和世界各国人民的梦想息息相通，同等精彩。

中国馆是宣扬中华优秀传统文化、反映全人类普遍愿望和共同心声、蕴藏中国智慧魅力的独特所在。中国馆将重点宣传“中国坚持推动科技创新和体制机制创新双轮驱动，最大限度释放发展潜能，推动共同发展和落实2030年可持续发展议程，打造人类命运共同体”的发展主张，全面展示科技、创新、合作在推动人类文明进步中的重要作用。

Theme of China Pavilio

The theme of China Pavilion is"Build a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind -- Innovation & Opportunity."

The themeclosely follows the sub-theme"Opportunity" of the Expo Dubai 2020, and takes into account the other two sub-themes of"Mobility" and"Sustainability". It profoundly expounds what the advocates Expo Dubai 2020 that"opportunity is the lifeline of development; mobility is the bridge to opportunity; sustainability is the common goal of achieving harmonious development between human beings and the earth," which contains the proposition of a big country to promote global common development and to build a community with a shared future for mankind. It integrates the global focuses, such as innovation & opportunity, communication & cooperation, and development & sustainability, covers different fields such as science and technology, culture, society and economy, highlights the development opportunities and cooperation potential presented by the Belt and Road Initiative to the countries along the route, and echoes the theme of this Expo"Connecting Minds, Creating the Future", the core idea of developing partnerships, bringing together the international community and promoting global cooperation to create a better future.

The China Pavilion, under the theme and the leadership of the Belt and Road Initiative, is divided into three parts, namely,"Exploration and Discovery","Innovation and Cooperation" and"Opportunity and the Future". Taking"innovation to create opportunities,""opportunities to build the future," and"common development in the future" as the main line, the China Pavilion fully demonstrates China's development achievements in information, science and technology, education, transportation and so on. The"Exploration and Discovery" mainly shows the course and wisdom of the Chinese people in exploring the universe since ancient times. From Chang'e-4 lunar probe to Dark Matter Particle Explorer (DAMPE) and Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Telescope (FAST), from the vast macro world to the wonderful micro world, the Chinese people always have the courage to explore, continue to pursue, and possess spirit of innovation endlessly. The"Innovation and Cooperation" section mainly exhibits China's efforts and achievements in promoting scientific and technological innovation, discovering opportunities and working hand in hand, with emphasis on"Quantum Communications,""High-speed Rail," Artificial Intelligence and other scientific and technological exhibitions. The"Opportunity and the Future" section mainly demonstrates Chinese people's imagination for future development through large-scale multimedia technical means like cinemas, and willingness to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with people of all countries in the world to build a beautiful global village and achieve the sustainable development of human beings and nature.

The building of a community with a shared future for mankind points out the direction for realizing common prosperity in the world. Harmony in diversity, all-embracing and inclusiveness philosophy, nature appreciation, green development, openness and innovation, tolerance and reciprocity -- all of these are the cultural and historical accumulation of the Chinese nation for thousands of years. To build a community with a shared future for mankind is to grasp the core idea of"harmony", referring to that the future and destiny of every nation and country should be closely linked to share weals and woes and jointly build a harmonious home for human beings.

Innovation and opportunity are important means and channels to realize the goal of building a community with a shared future for mankind. Innovation is the primary driving force leading the development and also the soul of the China Pavilion. The innovations in China's institutions, mechanisms, and science and technology have brought new opportunities for the development of the world. The Belt and Road Initiative advocates a new pattern of opening up through policy coordination, facilities connectivity, unimpeded trade, financial integration, and people-to-people bond, which provides countries around the world with broader markets, more abundant products, more capital, and more valuable cooperation opportunities. It demonstrates great inclusiveness and new impetus for common development. China has made increasing innovations in science and technology, and China is willing to share its experience and pursue common development with other countries in the world.

Opportunity is not only the product of innovation, but also the driving force of innovation. As a beneficiary and contributor to economic globalization and a developing country with the most population in its pursuing of development, China has benefited from the international community, and created new historical opportunities for promoting common prosperity all over the world. Upholding the idea of sharing opportunities and creating the future jointly, despite differences in culture, nationality, beliefs and systems, the Chinese people's dream of exploring opportunities for development and pursuing a happy life is as close and wonderful as that of the people of all countries in the world.

The China Pavilion is a unique venue to promote excellent Chinese traditional culture, to reflect the universal and common aspirations of all humanbings, and to hold the charm of Chinese wisdom. The China Pavilion will focus on promoting the development proposal of"China persists in promoting innovations in science and technology, institutions and mechanisms, maximizing development potential, pushing forward common development and implementing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and building a community with a shared future for mankind". It will also comprehensively demonstrate the important role of science and technology, innovation and cooperation in promoting the progress of human civilization.

中国馆展览展示

　　迪拜世博会中国馆将围绕“探索与发现”“沟通与连接”“创新与合作”“机遇与未来”等四部分，以创新创造机遇、机遇打造未来、未来共同发展为展示主线，重点展示我国科技和信息通讯领域的发展成果，宣介共建“一带一路”倡议和推动构建人类命运共同体的主张。

　　中国馆将突出展示中国在信息、科技、交通等领域的创新科技成果，展示技术新颖，科技含量高。“天眼”FAST、北斗卫星、5G技术、人工智能等作为核心展项将首次在世博会中国馆展出，高铁模拟驾驶、智能网联汽车等也将精彩亮相，通过创新形式演绎“智慧出行”。

Exhibitions at the China Pavilion

The exhibitions at the China Pavilion in Expo 2020 Dubai will mainly showcase the achievements made by China in science and information communication, and promote jointly building the Belt and Road Initiative and a community with a shared future for mankind from four aspects—“Exploration and Discovery”,“Communication and Connection”,“Innovation and Cooperation” and“Opportunity and Future”, highlighting that innovation gives rise to opportunity, opportunity creates the future and future enables common development.

The China Pavilion will showcase the scientific and technological innovations China has made in the fields of information, transportation, science and technology, featuring dazzling shows and cutting-edge technologies. Major exhibitions such as the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Telescope (FAST), the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS) 5G technology and Artificial Intelligence will be displayed at the China Pavilion for the first time. In addition, the high-speed train driving simulator and smart and internet-connected vehicles will also be displayed, so as to showcase the“smart mobility” in an innovative way.

中国馆建筑设计

　　中国馆建筑名为“华夏之光”，寓意希望和光明。中国馆建筑遵循“中西合璧、以中为主、古今交融”的设计原则，将中国元素与现代科技巧妙结合，彰显中华文化自信和大国风范。中国馆建筑外观取型中国传统灯笼，结合现代建筑形式，外形气势恢宏，端庄大气。灯笼代表光明、团圆、吉祥和幸福，象征世界各国在世博会平台上欢聚沟通，追求繁荣发展，共同构建人类命运共同体和幸福大家庭。

Design of the China Pavilion

The China Pavilion is named"The Light of China", which symbolizes hope and brightness. Following the principle of"combining Chinese elements with that of the Western, giving priority to the Chinese elements, and integrating the Chinese traditional culture and modern innovation", the design of the China Pavilion artistically integrates the Chinese elements with modern technologies, which manifests the confidence in Chinese culture and China’s befitting presence as a major country. The appearance of the China Pavilion resembles a Chinese traditional lantern, which makes it extremely magnificent and grant after being integrated with modern architectural forms. Lanterns represent brightness, reunion, auspiciousness and happiness, and the lantern-shaped architecture symbolizes that all countries in the world would gather together and communicate in the Expo 2020 Dubai to pursue prosperity and development, and jointly build a community with a shared future for mankind as well as a big happy family.
